There's this song that I don't know the words to, and I don't know the name of it, or

the person who sings it. However, I know a few words, so I was hoping someone would know what I was talking about. It starts with a girl singing,"dute do do do, dute do do do, dute do do do" and so on. Then there are some lyrics about her staring in the window of a coffee shop and her hair is soaking wet. Does anyone on Earth know what I'm talking about? It's not a recent song. Thanks!!
