he's in withdrawal from heroin, Jap girls would sell their hair for money, guess he's saying he needs money to feed his habit, but doesn't have anything to sell, hoping to kick heroin, he says he tells himself he'll stay clean tonight but he doesn't, and that he's hit an all time low, he uses a lot of weird metaphors and analogies
